Option 1- Connect with your provider using the “Meet With” buttons below - no account or download necessary.
Option 2 - Request an invitation from your provider to open a portal account and follow the instructions provided below on the telehealth checklist to set up a Jituzu portal account and download the free app for your mobile device.
